While constructing a house where do we construct ventilators ? why?

While constructing a house we construct ventilators in the upper part of our house . We construct ventilators in the upper part of our house so that the air could enter if though the windows are closed. We need ventilators because the air would pass through the ventilators, it's a safety process of air coming inside our room.

while constructing a house we construct ventilators at the top of the walls bcz it helps in hot air pass out of the room as we know hot air us lighter than cold air they move up nd from ventilator passes out......
