While converting 1 mole of bauxite into aluminium 60. 87% weight loss is observed. Calculate the loss in weight( in grams) when 69 gram of bauxite is converted into aluminium. Enter the integral part of your answer in the bubble sheet.​

We want to extract elemental aluminium from that. ... The molecular weight of Al2O3 = 27 × 2 + 16 × 3 ... 1 mol of Al2O3 contains 2 mol of Al. Mass of Al = 2 mol x 26.98 g/mol = 53.96 g
