while eating you accidentally spill curry on your white shirt you immediately scrub it with soap what happen to its yellow colour on scrubbing with soap? why? what happens to it's stain when washed with water ?

On scrubbing,Its color changes from yellow to reddish brown.It happens because soap is basic in nature and the color of turmeric changes from yellow to reddish brown in basic medium.When the shirt is washed with water,the stain turns yellow again.

while scrubbing with soap,soap is basic in nature and it convert yellow colour of turmeric to reddish brown bcoz
turmeric is a acid base representer and it changes colour in presence of base
thats y its colour changes when we rubbed it with soap yellow colour of turmeric chnages into reddish brown colour and if we wash it with water it colour changes again but now this time the colour was yellow bcoz water is neutral and it destrybthe effect of base on turmeric thats y it takes back its colour and that is yellow.
