We know, W= F.s ---------(i)

Given in the question,

W= 180J

F= 176N

s=?

putting this in (i),

we get,

180=176*s

=>1.022

hence you life the weight to a height of 1 m approx

HOPE IT HELPS...

Cheers,

Falcon

We know,

W =F×d

w = work \:  \: done

f = force

d = displacement

180 = 176 \times d

d =  \frac{180}{176}

d=1.022..............m
