U may give it a touch of ice cube or just leave it the way it is it'll heal by itself

take your saliva in the morning withou brushing your teeth if you want brush at night because saliva consists of the elements preaent in the soil
if this works ill definitely mark it as brainliest answer
Applying saliva it might increase the spots
