wash it with soap it will reduce the effect of acid released by bee or u can rub iron nail on it it will also reduce pain

To reduce the pain first of all we should wash the site properly by soap and water and apply a paste of baking soda and water. This remedy can be done at home or living place.

But

Since the child is at the playground then he should have to remove the sting immediately by using his nail or mouth.
