it depends on persons reference point as we know that motion and rest are relative terms , when we are sitting inside the train we are at the rest for the compartment members but when we take trees or the person as the reference point we will seem to be in the motion but when we will take ourselves as the refernce point the trees and the person outside will seem to be in the motion so it shows some object maybe at rest with repect to one reference point and in motion with respect to one reference point

When we are sitting in a moving train
as the train is accelerating , so we are sitting in a non inertial frame.
Thatswhy the trees seems to be moving but the neighbour sitting behind me does not...
