While visiting a friend’s house, you hear their siblings arguing over whether or not “visual novels” are “real games” or not. You hear Boris, the older sibling, saying "and you just sit there and click to read the next line—you might as well be reading a comic book and turning a page and call that a ‘game’!” When they find out you’ve been taking a class on game design, they ask you to settle the argument for them.
