White clothes are comfortable in summer,while coloured clothes are more comfortable in winter.why?

white clothes are comfortable in summer because they observe less heat whereas coloured or black clothes are comfortable in winter because they observe more heat to withstand the cool climate

White is a light colour... And light colours do not absorb but repel the heat.....Hence they can be worn in summers.....
In winters we wear dark coloured clothes because they r good absorbers of heat......
