dalit are lower class people in the society and they are replaced in our society by enhancement or by providing houses by the government for the dalit.

they are replaced as due to provision of reservation by B R Ambedkar which ensure equal right to this community and because this they have rise to status of general catagary people 

therefore we can say that there is no backward people in our society
