The judicial branch is one of three branches of the federal government. The judicial branch includes criminal and civil courts and helps interpret the United States Constitution.

The role of judiciary is much different from the other two organs of the government as the executive and legislative forms the new rules and initiate them but tye judiciary deals with the people who breaks the laws.
