Ninja Moderator is a new rank made, though temporary. We have made it for certain reasons.
Ninja Moderators are the moderators who are recruited as Moderators for a time period to help reduce the reported stuff and deal with users. As brainly is a popular site, there are quite a lot of reported stuff which few Moderators can't reduce, so active people are recruited ad Ninja's to help with Moderations.
Their work is just to reduce reported stuff and make brainly a clean site from all reported stuff.
Usually, a Benefactor can only be a Moderator, because they are the only ones who can be trusted. Stars recruitment is rare but still possible if any star can be trusted and can be trusted that he/she will help with Moderations.
Even you can get that rank if you are working well in stars and Benefactors team.
Their target is to complete a set amount of Moderations per month, if they do so, they will be recruited as a permanent moderator, out of the temporary zone.
There are no hidden ranks for certain users , every rank is shown, nothing is kept as a secret in matter of ranks.

Hi friend,
Your answer:
First, let me answer your second question as it is quite interesting.

Now,
Who are Ninja Moderators?
Ninja Moderator is a new rank made, though temporary. They are recruited as Moderators for a time period to help reduce the number of reported stuff and deal with users. Users who are recently quite active are recruited as Ninja's to help with Moderations.
