In a democratic country like India the laws are made by The Parliament. (* there should be discussion on every Bill so before passing a bill there are various amendments applied to it as it EFFECTS the future of the country *). Our parliament has 2 house
1) Lok Sabha ( Lower chamber )
2) Rajya Sabha ( Upper Chamber )
After passing from both of these houses. It requires the sign of the President. If it is passed by President it becomes a law.
