I think your question is wrong.fast not first.
According to science it is said that birds and animals are came from dinosaurs.Due to some change in environment the dinosaurs changed into animals and birds.So we can say hen is first.

There is another way to say about this that all organisms are came from watery microorganisms.So in this way also we can say that hen is first and egg is next.
