According to me, first comes the hen.

Because according to theory of evolution, first living organism (protoplasm) was born in ocean. The organism further developed into unicellular and multicellular organisms.

The more complex organisms were formed. Hen must have developed in the same process. Then the hen must have reproduced in the form of egg.
