The strength of the Supreme Court of India, the highest judicial body in the country, is determined by the Parliament.
Currently, the strength of the Supreme Court stands at 25 judges including the Chief Justice of India.
However, it cannot exceed the maximum limit of 30 judges and 1 Chief Justice of India.
