Karl Marx, a German philosopher, historian and economist devoped the Theory of Socialism or Communism, which propounds that working class would overthrow the business owners or capitalists.
According to Marx, the working class is being exploited by the Capitalists and their sweat goes into the pockets of capitalists. So he gave the theory of Socialism or Communism. According to this theory, the workers would revolt against the capitalists and would overthrow their rule. They would bring Revolution and establish the rule of working class. They would bring equality and bring all resources under the control of State. This is phase of Socialism which precedes Communism. After establishing equality and common property, the state would vanish itself and there will be a stateless society. This is actually being called as Communism.
