in my opinion house wife is a better mother as she gives proper attention to her kid and they are like friends with their children.
house wife spend more time thinking about her family while working women are busy thinking about their job and promotion hence they can't give sufficient time to kids.

Hey mate here is ur answer......
According to me a house wife is a better mother than a working one bcz the house wife giver whole time and attention for her child .
And on the other hand a working woman thinks a lot and her attention is diverted to many things and she is not able to focus much on her child.
