Answer

Lencho thinks that the post office employees has taken the rest of the money.

The irony of the story is the believe of Lencho toward God. He wrote the letter to God asking for money and was fully confident to receive the reply from God. He received seventy pesos which the postmaster and his employees has collected from their salaries. But recieving only seventy pesos Lencho got disappointed. He thought that it was the post office employees who had stolen the rest thirty pesos. His ironical believe toward God was such that he thought God could not make mistake of sending him less money than he asked for. Thus , he wrote another letter asking for rest of money and also informing God about the robbing of money by post office employees.
