The Play 'As You Like It' is a work of William Shakespeare.
It is a pastoral comedy which means it is mainly set in rural or out of city areas.
It is the same play which contains the famous lines..."All the world's a stage" spoken by the melancholy Jaques in Act II Scene VII. The poem " Seven Ages" (was also a part of English syllabus for class 9. ) contains the phrase "All the world's a stage"
Shakespeare is considered by some as the greatest writer in English language.
