Who has received the first Lata Mangeshkar award?

In 1956, the song 'Rasik Balma' from the film Chori Chori by Shankar Jaikishan won the Best Song Filmfare Award. Lata refused to sing it live in protest of absence of a Playback Singer category. The category was finally introduced in 1959.

मैं बाज़ार गया था, पर्स घर में ही भूल गया। रास्ते मे मुझे दो दोस्त मिले, एक ने 1000 का नोट दिया दुसरे ने 500 का, 1000 का नोट गुम हो गया, 500 मे से 300 की शॉपींग की,. बाकी बचे 200 रुपये, 200 मे से 100 रुपये उसको दिया जिसने 1000 रुपये दिये थे और 100 रुपये उसको जिसने 500 रुपये दिये थे, 1000 वाले के बाकी 900 रुपये और 500 वाले के 400, तो 900 + 400 = 1300, और 300 रुपये की शॉपिंग, टोटल...
