Chennai-based transgender Mubina has won the 2018 Miss Koovagam excellence expo title in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu.
This year, about 40 transgenders in the age gathering of 18 and 35 challenged for the 'Miss Koovagam' title. In it, aside from their excellence and clothing, the challengers were tried for their insight in Indian folklores.
