The person who had head / give all the command and instructions to the country are known as head of the country. The powers in the country are consisting of two people : The president and The prime Minister.

But if we talk in the political science, can citizens are the top who have powers in country, by the help of citizen every rules and regulations are made on the demand of the citizen, if the head of the country do not follow the rules and regulations and demand according to the citizen, then the power of head in the country will be low as no citizen will support the leader of the country.
