Chaudhary Charan Singh was the Indian prime minister who never went to the Lok Sabha during his tenure. Charan Singh was the fifth prime minister of the Republic of India. Unfortunately he resigned 24 days after he was sworn in as the Prime Minister because the C ongress Party headed by Indira Gandhi withdrew its support to the Government.
