Hindi appears to be invented in the 19th century before which the very word Hindi was not at all popular. It was primarily Urdu going by the name of Hindustani at that time. Even now it is nothing but Urdu which is widely spoken across the so-called Hindi states. It is nothing but Urdu which we get to hear in all Bollywood movies. The language which they try to popularise in the name of Hindi (with a liberal admixture of Sanskrit) was never spoken in North India. Nor is it being spoken anywhere in the country

like other indo Aryan languages ,hindi is the direct descendant of early form of vaedic Sanskrit.it emerged in 7th century A.D.

it is not invented by anybody.
