Cassius was one of the conspirators in the conspiracy against the popular Caesar. he has been convincing Brutus for the conspiration of Caesar for that Cassius has also jeopardizes Calpurnia's dream. He also knew that if he Convince Brutus for the conspiration of Caesar then the whole Roman will also support that and take it as the right path . He wanted to kill Caesar because he thought that Caesar will have too much power than the others with the presence of overconfidence.

Cassius was jealous and felt insecure of Caesar's growing popularity among the Romans ,he was afraid that Caesar may become a dictator one day as he thought him to be ambitious and power hungry leader ....these reasons sowed him the seeds to assassinate Caesar ...
