Sir William Blackstone is known as the father of English Law Reforms. This is simply due to the role he played and also the positions he has served.

He has even penned a book known as the "Commentaries on the laws of England". Talking about his qualification, he was a graduate in Civil Laws.

To add to the list, he was the first Vinerian Professor of English Law.
