Daniel Israel Arnon was an Polish person.But later he went America and became a plant physiologist.He researched on plant photosynthesis and gave an elaborate explanation regarding this.He gave a detailed explanation on mechanism of plant nutrition and process of sunlight absorption to production of chemical energy( and evolve O2 also).So he got NATIONAL MEDAL FOR SCIENCE award.

He’s a Polish-born American Plant Physiologist. He, by his experiments proved that there is a hydrogen acceptor in photosynthesis which later was found to be a carbohydrate, glucose.
