Chandragupta Maurya.
With the help of Chanakya, Chandragupta Maurya, in 322 BC had battled the Nanda empire which came to a defeat and due to which Mauryan dynasty gained power and fame.
Their capital was established in Patliputra ( Patna - today ). They kept on waging wars towards the west and central India and finally had gained power over all the given territories in the Map during that time.
