Yes govinda is the supreme enjoyer and he is present in everything everywhere......In gita govinda says that if you accept him as flower he will become flower or in other words he is there will you every moment every second whether you are conscious or not..... he is everything you can or cannot imagine....he is there in you....so when you are smiling he is smiling.....he is seeking pleasure through you.....he cries with you......to understand this you need to understand who you are ,what is pleasure and what is sadness....if you will dig deeper to find the answer of these questions you will find that you are no different from him....just like a drop is no different from sea.....you are a part of govinda......you are infinite,immortal and thus are no different from bliss and so is govinda......he is the supreme enjoyer indeed.......and you know what the best thing is that though he is all powerful and what not,and you may feel you are insignificant,but,he is your best friend and you can always talk to him,scold him,tease him,surprise him as he too does the same........it is quite easy yet tough as hell to understand govinda.....
