The API manager

The API manager (who can be represented by people such as API product manager or API architect) prepares the overall plan on how to expose the enterprise's digital assets using API's. The API manager also makes sure the API documentation is easy to understand. After the manager prepares the plan and all that stuff it then moves on to the publisher and then lastly the consumer.
