Okay, lemme clarify:

Zero is not a number but the absence of one, zero is equivalent to void value

Furthermore, if we accept the algebraic aspect of zero as a constant, many fallacies will arise.


In addition to this, if you know a bit about limits( basic knowledge required), you'll see that if we take the right limit of f(x)=a/b as b approaches zero, the solution will be positive infinity, a blow up, but if we take the left limit of f(x) as it b approaches zero, the solution is negative infinity, so, the overall limit of f(x) b approaching zero from both side never coincide, not continuous



GIST: THE VALUE OF A FUNCTION DIVIDED BY ZERO IS UNDEFINED, not infinite

And to sum up, no one but our conventions defined the division by zero undedined
