"Who should be the Center of Concerns for all developmental programmes?"

The answer to this question was given on the conference that took place in  Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The conference was named as the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development and its first principle states that "Human beings are the centre of concern for all the sustainable development.

The conference also stated that :

* The nature should be protected by all the people living in Earth.

* This will lead to a better living place.

* The members of all the countries must be a part of Environmental Development policies.
