Muslims were deprived of their properties in the subcontinent

Explanation:

  •  Independent dominion states, India & Pakistan were split by  British India in 1947. The Indian Kingdom today is the Republic of India; the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the People's Republic of Bangladesh are now the Sovereignty of Pakistan. The partition comprised the division by district by non-Muslim and Muslim majority between Bengal and Punjab.
  • Between 10 and 12 million people were divided into religion and enormous refugee crises were created in the newly-established dominions. There was widespread violence, and the figures of life loss following or preceding the contested division were different.
  • This was attributable to India and Pakistan's partition in 1947. Partition led to mass deaths, upheavals & a massive migration surge.  Millions of people literally moved to a more secure location, Muslims leaving for Hindus, Pakistan, & Sikhs moved to India.  Ultimately, 14-16 million people, several travelling in carts,  on foot, or by train , were displaced. Their dwellings & property were robbed.
