Answer:

From coins and epigraphical records, we know that cadet branches of the imperial Satavahana dynasty survived and ruled in different parts of the Deccan. But they were gradually ousted by powers who were earlier subordinate to them.

Territories of the Satavahanas that were in modern-day Maharashtra had actually been retaken by the Western Kshatrapas.

In some parts of Maharashtra and large parts of Madhya Pradesh, they were supplanted by the Vakatakas. The very same Vakatakas, at a much later date, became allied with the powerful Imperial Guptas. The Vakatakas held sway over parts of Central India until the rise of the Chalukyas.

Parts of North Karnataka and the adjoining Deccan region to the west were ruled by the Chutu dynasty, who had their capital at Banavasi, Karnataka.

In Andhra regions, it was the Andhra Ikshvakus who overthrew Satavahana rule. The Andhra Ikshvakus allied themselves with both the Western Kshatrapas and the Chutus. The Ikshvakus had their capital in the Nagarjunakonda Valley. (See: Who was the ancient Indian King Virapurushadutta?)

Northern parts of the Andhra region were ruled by a king from the Brihatpalayana dynasty. A princess from the Brihatpalayana line married into the Andhra Ikshvakus. We know of only one ruler from this dynasty based on a copper-plate inscription found in the village of Kondamudi, near Tenali.

Coins have been found which suggest the existence of a ‘Bodhi’ dynasty. We don’t know anything about them.

An Abhira king is known to have ruled parts of Maharashtra - an inscription bearing his name being found at Nasik. The Abhiras initially appear as the generals of the Western Kshtrapas but continue to hold political power at different principalities at different times. Abhira rulers are known to have come into conflict with the Imperial Guptas and the Kadambas.
