He founded several cities around Delhi, including Jaunpur, Ferozpur, Hissar, Firuzabad, Fatehabad. There was a library of 1300 books on religion, philosophy and astrology in the temple. He took possession of those books and got them translated.

In the agreement reached by Raja Rup Chand and Firoz Shah, Rup Chand acknowledged the suzerainty of the Shah of Firoz.
  • After the agreement in 1365 Jwalamukhi, Firoz Shah took 1300 books from the Jwalamukhi Library and the famous writer Izzud-in Calid-Khani translated them into Persian and named one Dalil–I–Firoz-Shahi. Raja Rup Chand was killed in 1365 A.D. The throne was ceded by his son Sangra Chand.
