The answer is Kaviraj Chakravarty

Kaviraj Chakravarty translated Geet Govinda into Assamese.

The literary work Geet Govinda was originally composed by Jayadeva, an Indian poet of the 12th century. The poem narrates the relationship between Lord Krishna and the female cow herders called Gopis in Vrindavan. Special emphasis is given to one Gopi called Radha. There are twelve chapters, each of which has twenty four divisions known as Prabandhas. Each Prabandha in turn has eight couplets termed as Ashtapadis.
