As soon as he retired from his work and Lord Lytton loose his post , Hume used spend a quality time at his neighbour where he saw a great darkness of hopelessness among Indians he thank to reform Indian via an Institute or ideal which can keep their ideals and suggestions in front of British Government. His thinking resulted as Indian National Congress . After that he used to write letters , hymns and poems to provide enthusiasm to the people who had courage to revolt against the british. He also thank that without Muslims India cannot regain freedom and he also tried to reform Muslims. He didnt much believed that depressed classes can also help in regaining freedom. At the 27th session of INC there was silence due to his death and also he joined many Muslims with INC . But after his death the muslims again started to boycott INC.
