Shah Jahan is the right answer.

Shah Jahan was the fifth emperor of the Mughal empire. He is best known for the architectures he made in India. He built many monuments in India including the  Taj Mahal of Agra, Red Fort and Jama Masjid in Delhi,  Jahangir Mausoleum Takht-e-Taus Shahjahan Mosque at Thatta, and Moti Masjid or Pearl Mosque in Lahore. Therefore, as he built many monuments in India he is  called 'the prince of builders'
