Who was more successful- Alauddin Khalji or Muhammad Tughluq?

ALAUDDIN KHILJI

This is because most of Tuglaq's reforms were not practical and caused a lot of trouble for his subjects. But Khilji's reforms were invasive in nature and was more successful.
