Napoleon Bonaparte was the one who had total control on France, the leader of France/ king (succeeded to win France in 1804). he introduced many reforms which helped the poor and labour class. he equated every one before law. he made changes in property inheritance law and also cancelled birthrights. this made the natives Happy, while some who were affected became really hostile.
