Reldresal was one of the king's officials. He was a good friend of Gulliver. He warned Gulliver of the charges that were framed against him. It was Reldresal who advised the emperor to blind Gulliver instead of taking away his life. He had requested the emperor for the sentence to be diminished considering the efforts he had put in to pacify the tensions with the kingdom of Blefuscu
