The dwarf is employed in the court of Brobdingnag to entertain and amuse the queen. He is 30 feet tall and shortest among Brobdingnagians. Gulliver's position as the new drawf- entertainment for the queen frustrates the Dwarf. Gulliver is more shorter and thus more interesting for the queen. This new man takes place of the old dwarf at the court and becomes dear to the queen, making the dwarf jealous. once the dwarf pulls the Gulliver into the bowl of cream. he was rescued but suffered suffocation due to the cream. the dwarf was soundly whipped. Later, Gulliver's revenge went futile. Once my walking in the garden Gulliver made it just at the cost of Dwarf, in return he had snuffer the raining apples from the tree branches. Thus Gulliver did not like the dwarf. The dwarf never missed an opportunity to taunt and trouble Gulliver.......

Explanation:

The queen's dwarf is not happy with Gulliver, since he is used to being the smallest person in the palace and a source of diversion for the royal court. He drops Gulliver into a bowl of cream, but Gulliver is able to swim to safety and the dwarf is punished.
