HEY DEAR.....
According to me.....the words like dada /tata, or mom /dad have no known creators they just come out of the baby's mouth, i.e. babbling. The word father has no real creator, but it is actually derived from other Latin / Greek words.

I think there is no one who created this word 'father'.It is just a custom, which we are following since decades .
