The speaker of the fourth stanza of the poem daffodils is the poet who wandered lonely as a cloud over valleys and hills. He sees daffodils in a never ending line along the margin of a bay.He exaggerates and says that he saw at a line ten thousand daffodils. They were tossing their heads with a sprightly dance.Whenever he lies in his couch in a pensive or a contemplative mood, his mind gets filled with happy memories of golden daffodils which were very lovable to him. This represents his feelings of bliss of solitude for the daffodils.
