Bahlul Lodi was succeeded by B) Sikander Lodi. He was crowned Sultan on 17th July 1498 and took the title Sikander Shah.
He was nominated by his father Bhalul Shah to be the Sultan. He was the second son of Bahlul. His reign lasted from 1489 to 1517.
During his reign, he founded Agra in 1504 and built mosques there.
