Solution :-

Haider Ali earned an important place in the history of Southern India for military and administrative skills. His rule of Mysore was characterized by frequent warfare with his rebellions and neighbors within his territory. He was a very shrewd leader.

His son, Tipu Sultan was his successor of the Mysore Empire. Haider Ali left an extensive kingdom for his son bordered by the Krishna river in the North, the Eastern Ghats in the East and the Arabian Sea in the West.
