Nazis had an extreme form of a much more widespread German racism. Targets were Jews, Gypsies and Slavs, in that order. They were out to kill all of the first two, and also those Slavs who were not useful as subordinate peoples.
Homosexuals were also targeted, and the chronically sick if it was deemed hereditary.

The Nordic- German blonds were considered to be 'desirable' in Nazi society.
They had some distinguishing features like blue eyes and light hair. However, it did not include handicaps as they were considered 'undesirable'.
