And Mann singh was a designer.

He was awarded with the gallantry medal from the Britain.

His commendable input during the battle includes his bravery and skills against a formidable Japanese soldiers in the dark jungle of Burma.

Secondly, he made enormous effort and strength to evict the Pakistani armies during the Jammu and Kashmir operations of 1948 summer where despite of being wounded and running out of cannons he continued to fight for the country alongside supporting and encouraging his fellow mates, the enemies could not even capture a single bunker.

Due to his outstanding contributions in the battles and disregard for his own life in lieu of his own nation, he was awarded with the absolute bravery award and he would be remembered for generations to go with the name of Sardar.
