HEY MATE....

The Ahoms are one of the reasons you see people of Assam having Mongoloid features.

Advanced methodology for cultivation of rice and good governance.

Till the Ahoms came to Assam, the indigenous tribes and groups in Assam and its surrounding hills and forests used to cultivate paddy by simply sowing the seeds from earlier years harvest over low lying land when the season is right. This method didn’t yield enough harvest to provide food security throughout the year.

The Ahoms brought with them another more developed high yield method for rice cultivation where the seeds were grown first in a nursery and then when they are sufficiently strong and tall to survive floods and high water levels in low lying and fertile land, they are planted systematically on those lands. Given the fertile lands in Brahmaputra valley, this method increased rice production many fold. Food insecurity gone, the Ahoms earned much respect from the other tribes.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU AND MARK AS BRAINLIEST.
